This judge is indeed off his rocker and even Michael Savage interviewed this lawyer and he is no villian but gives reasonable arguments for being concerned. This is also the second time this lawyer has filed a complaint. The first time this was done it was because the judge has some nasty stuff on his site, the site was then taken down for a year. Then it was back up durning this case and thus the lawyer file a complaint again. This complaint, I believe, has nothing to do with getting the defendent off because there may be a mistrail but this doesn’t mean it is over.

I don’t find any of these things funny, even if they are a commercial or a postcard. They put a lot of junk on postcards these days and even trading cards, doesn’t mean its befitting for a high judge to post it on his own site.

Maybe I’m missing something, but my general point is this judge is a fool also.
