I live in Michigan and deal with snow all the time, but that video was just crazy. I'm not going to defend the commenter, but there are times when I'd almost agree with him. Like I said, I deal with snow all the time and there are times when they take too long to get anything done. I live down a nasty hill (and to get to work I have no choice but to go up it) and there are times when we don't get plowed for days. Sure, the people probably shouldn't have been driving on that, and the people are responsible, but I'll also say that the plows are often times much too slow. On a side note, I can't believe one of those people jumped out before they hit! That’s not a snow problem, but a really bad ice problem. I have been out when it wasn't safe to be out perhaps twice out of those occasions. Once, I just had to get home from work, and the snows weren't expected. Another occation, I felt an obligation to go to a baby shower. Looking back, I drove a snails pace, but I still don't think I should have been out. Back to the comment, it really sums a lot up.
